Wooton was the first corpse of a Grumpkin, I ever carved. Seems after his chilly trip all the way to Hong Kong he was left to rot in his thermo-insulated crate. Thus began a 2 1/2 day odyssey with a 704.5lb quickly decaying pumpkin. Wooton had been attacked through by fungus and bacteria, I could run my finger across his eyeball and get a wad of goop. By the morning of the press conference he had been propped up inside abd had an air conditioner in his back. Sadly he never made it. On Tuesday, October 24th at 9:45am we came back and he had blew out during breakfast. $2500 in pumpkin everywhere. By Friday I had Fredie Growloon shipped in and the adventure continues.
