Like the Clay loops, Lemon zesters also changed the face of grumpkins. Back in 1998 was the first time I tossed the zester into the toolkit. Today I use several zesters they are excellent tools for fast material removal, shaping and contouring. Most importanly these tools have a narrow profile hence they can get in to the tight spaces.
