There comes time in ones career that a challenge of epic proportions is thrust upon you. "Big Al" Pasquale weighed 1294 pounds, his flesh was the single densest material I have ever encountered. Due to the drought 80 percent of Al's thickness had no structural integrity. Once it did rain he formed a inch and a half of grainy hardwood, with gnarled lizard skin. Over the 5 day odyssey, Big Al destroyed, dulled and damaged a dozen tools. I became quickly apparent that the only way he was coming out to play was with the taxidermy hide scrapers. 50 hours and 100,000 swipes later Mr. Pasquale greeted the crowd of thousands at Yankee Lake.
